Brian Mitchell is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry with broad experience in the hardware, software and service sectors. His experience has been gained from working in the United Kingdom, Australia, APAC and the United States of America. Brian has significant experience in business development, marketing, sales, and executive management.
Most recently, Brian was Senior Vice President, Oracle Asia Pacific, responsible for growing Oracle’s expanding software and services activities throughout Asia Pacific. His responsibilities included managing overall operations in the region, including leading Oracle expanding Technology, and Applications software businesses. Previously Brian held the position of Managing Director, Oracle Australia and New Zealand from December 2000 until September 2004.
Brian has held various other senior management roles with organisations such as IBM Corporation, BIS Banking Systems and Digital Equipment Corporation. Brian is a former Director of UXC Limited and Onthehouse Holdings Limited. He is currently Chairman of Bravura Solutions and Messmo Holdings Pty Limited.
Brian is a Certified Practising Marketer, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Brendan is the founder of the OtherLevels group and is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of OtherLevels.
Brendan has an extensive software engineering background, combined with a successful 15 year sales and marketing career with US software companies, including senior appointments with Oracle Corporation in the UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific region focusing on the mobile and messaging sectors. Prior to Oracle Corporation, Brendan spent 5 years as a software engineer and project manager for Logica in the UK, the USA and the Netherlands, primarily working on database and related technologies.
Brendan has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and is a successful private investor, advisor and director in early stage technology companies.
Independent Non-Executive Director
Tanya was appointed to the Board of OtherLevels as an independent director in February 2015.
Tanya has more than 10 years’ experience as a chair and non-executive director of ASX listed, commercial and not-for-profit boards. Tanya is currently a non-executive director of BuildingIQ (ASX:BIQ), Equiem Ltd, the Green Building Council of Australia and the World Green Building Council and is a member of a number of state and federal government committees/councils.
Tanya is a financial services professional with more than 25 years’ experience, including most recently 11 years as Chief Operating Officer of DEXUS Property Group, an ASX 50 listed property trust.
Tanya is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Australia and is a member of the St James Ethics Centre.
Ian Lowles MAICD has spent more than 25 years in senior management, including CEO, CRO, SVP and COO roles, in the software industry and has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, CIS, Australia and Asia Pacific. These roles include Regional Managing Director at Oracle and Senior Vice President Asia Pacific at Openwave Technology.
His experience covers large corporations to start-ups. He continues to work in a non-executive capacity with companies that change the way we interact, transact and do business with consumers and business to business.
Chief Financial Officer
Ashika Lala has over 17 years of international experience in tax and finance, commencing her career at Ernst & Young, followed by various roles in large listed organisations in Australia and the U.K. Ashika holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees, a Masters of Law and is a Member of the Tax Institute of Australia.
Andrew Ritter has over 18 years of international finance experience, with recent roles as CFO and Company Secretary of two ASX listed IT & Telco organisations (GBST and IntraPower Limited). Andrew is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the International Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
